When you sign up, you automatically receive a 14-day free trial with 100 tracker credits. No credit card is required.

During the trial you have full access to all TrackLogy features. The only constraint is the 100 tracker balance — once used, you cannot add more shipments until you upgrade or the trial transitions to Free Forever.
The 100-tracker trial balance is a one-time total, not a monthly allowance. Trackers do not reset during the 14-day trial period.
When the Trial Ends
When the 14-day trial expires:
- Your account transitions to the Free Forever plan
- Any remaining trial balance is removed
- Your balance resets to 20 trackers for the new period
- All existing shipments and historical data are preserved
- Notifications continue to fire for shipments that are already being tracked
You do not need to take any action — the transition happens automatically.
Free Forever
After your trial ends, Free Forever gives you 20 tracker credits per month, automatically reset at the start of each billing period. It is a permanent free tier — there is no expiration.
Free Forever is a good fit for small stores, personal projects, or developers testing an integration. When you need more volume, upgrade to a PRO plan.
Upgrading
Click Change Plan in Dashboard → Billing. All paid plans are handled via Stripe. No manual billing.

When you upgrade, your tracker balance is immediately set to the new plan's monthly allowance.
Cancelling a Paid Plan
Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. Your balance and all features remain active until then. After the period ends, the workspace reverts to the Free Forever plan.
To cancel, go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Billing and select Cancel Subscription in the Stripe portal.
