Coming Soon — Shopify integration is currently in development. Use the Tracking API store type in the meantime to push shipments from your Shopify store via API.

What's Planned

The Shopify integration will provide:

  • Native Shopify app — install directly from the Shopify App Store
  • Automatic order sync — tracking numbers are picked up as soon as fulfillment is created in Shopify
  • Real-time status updates — shipment events pushed back to Shopify order timeline
  • Customer notifications — configurable email and SMS alerts powered by TrackLogy

Use Tracking API in the Meantime

Until the native Shopify app is available, you can integrate TrackLogy with Shopify using a Tracking API store:

  1. Create a Tracking API store in your TrackLogy dashboard
  2. Use your store's API key to create shipments via POST https://api.tracklogy.com/v1/shipments from a Shopify webhook, Flow automation, or custom app
  3. TrackLogy tracks the shipment and sends status notifications to your customers
