Store Types
A store in TrackLogy is the container for your shipments. Each store has its own settings, notifications configuration, and webhook endpoint. TrackLogy supports two available store types and one coming soon.
Tracking API
Platform: cloud
The Tracking API store is the primary integration type. You create shipments programmatically via the Tracking API using an X-API-Key header, or manually through the TrackLogy dashboard. When you create a Tracking API store, a unique API key is generated — use it to send shipments from any platform, custom storefront, or server-side application.
This store type supports full notifications (email and SMS) and webhooks for real-time status updates.
WooCommerce
Platform: woocommerce
Install the TrackLogy WordPress plugin to automatically sync tracking numbers from your WooCommerce store. When a tracking number is added to any order, the plugin sends it to TrackLogy instantly — no manual entry, no API calls required.
See the WooCommerce Store guide → for installation instructions.
Shopify
Platform: shopify — Coming Soon
Shopify integration will provide a native app for 1-click install and automatic order sync whenever a shipment is fulfilled in your Shopify store.
