What is TrackLogy?
TrackLogy sits between your store and your customers' inbox. When an order ships, you add the tracking number to TrackLogy. It then:
- Detects the carrier automatically from the tracking number format
- Polls the carrier for status updates in real time
- Fires notifications to your customer via email or SMS when the status changes
- Logs every event so you have a complete audit trail
Everything is accessible from the dashboard at my.tracklogy.com (opens in a new tab) or via the REST API.
