Everything you need to integrate TrackLogy into your application.

Quick Start

  1. Create an account at my.tracklogy.com (opens in a new tab) — free 14-day trial, no credit card required.
  2. Get your API key — go to Settings → API Keys and generate a key with the scopes you need.
  3. Make your first call — add a shipment or query a tracking status:
curl -X POST https://api.tracklogy.com/v1/api/shipments \
  -H "X-API-Key: tlg_your_key" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"tracking_number": "1Z999AA10123456784", "store_name": "My Store"}'

Base URL

https://api.tracklogy.com/v1

All endpoints return JSON with the envelope:

{ "success": true, "data": { ... }, "message": "" }

On error:

{ "success": false, "error": { "code": 422, "message": "tracking_number is required" } }

Authentication

Send your API key as the X-API-Key request header on every authenticated request:

X-API-Key: tlg_your_api_key_here

Public endpoints (carrier detection, plan listing) require no authentication.

Rate Limits

HeaderDescription
X-RateLimit-LimitMaximum requests allowed in the current window
X-RateLimit-RemainingRequests remaining in the current window
X-RateLimit-ResetUnix timestamp when the window resets

Default: 600 requests per 10 minutes per API key.

The OpenAPI 3.1 spec (opens in a new tab) is compatible with:

  • openapi-generator — generate a client in 50+ languages
  • Speakeasy — TypeScript, Python, Go SDK generation
  • Postman — import for interactive testing
